We bring everything. Our supplies and equipment are professional
grade certified to produce the best results. Here is a partial
list of what we bring:
- Vacuums (4 filtered system to capture and trap the smallest
particles)
- Mops and Buckets
- Cleaning Chemicals (OSHA and EPA approved)
- Laundered cloths
- Telescoping cobweb removers
No. For most customers part of the luxury is leaving
to their daily routines, and come back to a nicely clean
and fresh environment. Of course you could be home as we
clean if you prefer.
Most regulars place a key on file with us
for entry to the home. Your key is tagged only with a number
and placed in a secured locked box in our alarmed, monitored
office. For security your name and address is never attached
to the key. Keys are handled by management personnel only.
In the unlikely event that a key is lost or misplaced, our
insurance policy covers the cost of having the locks replaced.
Payment must be rendered when the clean is completed. We
accept all Major Credit Cards, Cash, check, and Paypal. However we
do require a valid credit card on file before we come out
to the home. There will also be a $25 Fee for any returned checks.

How do you ensure the
quality of your work?
Quality is our highest priority, and it is part of our operating
philosophy. Our system is designed to produce the highest
level of satisfaction.
- All of our maids are well-trained by American MAID of
Stamford
and introduced to our methodologies, even if they already have
prior industry experience.
- The American MAID team concept ensures quality. We
operate from a standard team of 4 maids. Each maid has an
assigned role with specific tasks. Every team has a
designated leader that oversees the assignment and is
ultimately responsible
for ensuring the overall quality of the others.
- We have a Quality Assurance Manager
who drops in on the team to inspect and ensure the Quality
of the work performed.
Do I have to sign a
Contract ?
No. You never sign any contracts with us and
you can cancel at any time. Beware of any service that may
require the signing of a contract.
